Our team worked under the guidance of Deloitte to assist in the research and development of concepts related to utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to enhance the overall human capital experience. We considered how core HR functions like recruitment, training, processing, wait times, HR roles, and career paths can be affected by AI solutions.

Our Task
Deloitte asked our team to research the Human Capital experience in the federal sector, find pain points, and leverage Artificial Intelligence to create solutions for these problems.
Our Solution
We created MP3, an AI platform that drives connection within organizations, and serves as a community to engage employees to learn, grow and share knowledge within the organization.
My Roles
I was the Project Lead for this project, as well as spearheading the main UX and UI design processes through the 10 weeks. I was also part of UX research and the Visual Design aspects of this project, and was the main presenter for every presentation to Deloitte.
